I had something stunning to write here. But I'm going to leave it at:
If you own a dog, and you walk your dog in any neighborhood, and you bring a bag along to pick up your dog's leavings, and you actually DO pick up your dog's leavings, why in the world would you pick them up in the bag, and then LEAVE the bag in your neighbor's yard????
This has been happening in our neighborhood for about a year now, and while I think I've pinpointed the vile person/people who do this...I am unsure. At least unsure enough not to go after them. But if I can ever prove it....
suffice it to say there are not cleaning supplies strong enough for what I will do to your stoop. You have been warned.
